"This review relates to the service of the phone administrator- not the shop /service of any repairs. Traveling from out of town, needed urgent replacement of windshield before a funeral service (as I was driving back home same day). Spoke to the First Lady- really nice, confirmed they had my windshield available for same day. I asked if I could call my insurance company to confirm coverage and call her right back- she said yes. Got clearance from insurance so I called back, a different representative answered and told me the First Lady must of lied because “I do all of the glass ordering for Lexington and I can tell you they can’t do it before the next day”. A little snappy and way less concerned about my situation I was dealing with than the first lady. I don’t know which one was actually correct, but wanted folks to be aware that what they tell you could very well be incorrect-"

Tools left under hood, torn seals, missing screws, loose plastic parts, large seal clips across hood area damaged, glass all over the place under the hood.
