"I was traveling from Bowling Green, KY to New Jersey. Had just picked up a car that I had won at an on-line auction from a private owner . The car had four new Michelin tires on it. I was on the Blue Grass Parkway when I got an alert that I had a tire going flat. I thought I'd probably picked up a nail or something. Pulled over and changed the tire, but could find nothing in the flat tire. The spare was for temporary use so I drove on toward Lexington. Right off the exit I found Jack Kain Ford. It appeared that the service department was set-up more as an auto center than a dealership service department, so I pulled in there. I explained my situation to the very nice lady service writer and despite what appeared to be a very busy garage, she had someone get the tire out of my trunk and bring it into the shop. No puncture. Apparently just a tire tech that wasn't as thorough as the folks at Jack Kain - the threaded collar around the valve stem/TPMS sensor had been only finger tight allowing it to back off and create a massive leak. Tighten the collar, recheck to insure no leaks. All good. They even reinstalled it on the car again. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Kudos to the Jack Kain crew who helped an out of town motorist. I should add that, before I retired, I was in the automotive industry for 35 years and was responsible for training many dealership personnel at dealers all over the country. Jack Kain can be proud of how his shop handled my problem. Thanks go out to the Jack Kain crew."
