"Very happy with the work done by Raymond. Catalytic converter and spark plugs replaced at a reasonable price and back driving in 2 days for my 45 minute daily commute. Pleasant to work with. Thanks!"
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! Transmission blew while traveling on the Parkway. They had us back on the road in two days! I can't say enough good things about this business. Repaired our vehicle in a timely fashion with a decent price. Also helped us getting to hotel with our things and five dogs. THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !!"
"Raymond has always been fair with us. I took mt 1995 dodge van to him for transmission tune up and general mait. I also took a kia to him that was over heating. I was very happy with the price and the work and would def.use this shop again. Mark Hearn."

"We just had a bad experience with this shop. Took a vehicle to them and told them we'd just replaced the cap, plugs and wires, but it was still running bad and had a misfire in the codes. Dropped it off on Mon evening, nothing all week, I even called each day and they'd say they would try to get to it that day. I understand shops get busy. I give them my cell # so they can call me vs. the alt # . Following Mon they said they tried to call, but obviously didn't write down 'my' # since it's not on the ticket. Mechanic said he changed the '1' spark plug we couldn't get out, and looked at it and thought it was distributor cap. We didnt' think so because it was NEW. He still wanted us to get a name brand cap and plugs and see if that would fix it. So, instead we just decided to pick it up. He charged us $150! He said we should drive it on the highway/interstate and push it see if that works it out. Next evening we took it to another shop - one we've used with really good outcome, and by the next morning he called and told us the problem - FUEL INJECTOR and GAUGE. It was running too rich, pushing too much gas through to the cylinders. All 3 new plugs on that side were already fried. It was running basically on 3 of 6 cylinders. He asked if I had driven it much, I told him no, I tried to not drive it at all. He then said good, because as bad as it is, he said he'd heard of cases where these things can actually catch on fire! YIKES!!! I called this mechanic and told him the outcome and asked for 1/2 of the $$ back, because he did NOT give us a good diagnosis. He refused. We will be going to the BBB over it as well. We feel we were cheated on this. Now imagine if we had actually let him get another cap and plugs, we'd have been out even more $$ and labor charges! The diagnosis codes he said he had to figure out are the same ones that showed up on the machine at Auto Zone and we paid $0 for that information, I just couldn't remember what cylinders were misfiring when I had it read before I brought it to him. Even when we stood outside talking mechanic kept saying it was most probably the distributor cap. Then other guesses were thrown out, that it could be vaccum line leaks, lthis, or that, lastly was injectors. I did some research and even told my spouse I believed it was probably the injectors! And I am by means no mechanic!"
