"The worse subway I’ve gone to. There was 5 people working and only one was making sandwiches while the other 4 were giggling and standing around. I waited 25 minutes for a 6”, 10 minutes in the drive through with no progress in line and 15 waiting inside"

"I have had nothing but horrible service. I ordered from the application on Jan 23rd. I ordered 2 Tuna FL.they each were missing about ¹¼ of tuna on each sandwiches. Then I receive a 30% off coupon for this weekend and it will not let me use it on the app and the location won't take it. Horrible experience for a long time customer. I also bought a gift card and received a free 6 inch sub. I can't use it at this lo action because it won't scan. So nowI have to find another one."

"the male manager with glasses is terrible, literally uses the same gloves for i don’t know how long just slaps your sandwiches together without even trying and is so rude. i don’t know how he’s still there when there’s multiple bad reviews about him. corporate needs to do better about their managers."

"Overworked staff, employees literally bumping into each other. Younger male staff member charged me for one sub, told me there was an issue with my card, even though it went through then rang me up a second time. Showed that my account was charged twice, young female employee told me she would bring it up with the manager and had me write my number on a piece of sub paper. I have yet to be called, so I assume no one was notified or management just didn't care."

"Went & picked up lunch for my Parents 3 footlong sandwiches. Well I saved mine for later? It's better to eat all at the time of purchase! Still was a delicious meal!"
