"Went to Subway during my lunch break on Wed 2/28/2024. I walked into the restaurant, it was empty, but I still had to wait 7-10 min for my order to be taken. The employees would walk in and out the back room, not greeting or offering to service me. A Subway Employee lady finally took and prepared my order. Unfortunately in a very rude and unprofessional mood. When my order was being prepared (A Veggie Salad no Meat) she kept asking what kind of salad... I had to repeat myself 3 times a Veggie Salad and she still proceeded to ask what kind of meat.... As she continued prepping my order I asked for extra jalapenos which she only did 6 mini slices of jalapenos on my salad I had to repeat myself again 3 times extra jalapenos to her and her asking me each time "what else". When I got to my work office to eat my Veggie Salad I noticed the lettuce was brown uneatable it was disgusting, the tomate was soggy and disgusting, I asked for croutons and was given crackers and to top it off I wasn't even given a fork. The experience was horrible all around. People have to understand when you work in a customer service field you have to be professional and kind at all times, and serve food you would eat. If you see the food your serving doesn't look like something you would eat don't serve it (for ex: if the lettuce is brown or tomates soggy) don't serve it and change it to fresh veggies. Isn't Subways theme ALWAYS FRESH? Another thing if employees are having a personal bad day. Don't take it out on the customers that provide our payroll. If you are rude to customers, we will not return and your rating will go down, and the business ends up closing. For the reason of no customers are going to your business. No customers No Money No Paycheck. Keep that in MIND."
"Staff is really helpful, but the owner decided not to offer water cups, not even for the staff. Pretty petty way to try to drum up sales of an overpriced water bottle."
"This Subway Restaurant location often delivers a mixed experience. Predominantly staffed by younger individuals, there appears to be a noticeable lack of commitment to maintaining cleanliness or ensuring accurate billing. This inconsistency in service and the overall condition of the restaurant likely reflects the management style of the franchise owner. Despite its convenient location, which keeps me coming back, the one constant here is the unpredictability of both service quality and cleanliness. On a recent visit at 2 pm, I found the tables uncleaned. After requesting the cashier for cleaning, she assured me of taking immediate action; however, the promise was unfulfilled, compelling me to move to a different table. After the tables were emptied, none of the tables were wiped down. This establishment could greatly benefit from a stronger focus on customer service and attention to detail. My advice is to skip this Subway and drive on to the next location should you want to dine."
"I normally mind my business, but today I was really upset about an employee by the name of Jessica at your location. 1/4/24 @noon. Jessica was being very short and rude to another employee of yours Sophia, asking her to answer her personal phone, demanding when Sophia should or shouldn't to when making a sandwich, and having her make all the customer AND online orders. However, Sophia maintained politness with customers. Jessica (while also wearing headphones), was raising her voice with customers and would say "anything else?" very rudely after each topping. Not to mention her being rude even when ringing us out. Like stated, I normally don't bat an eye about someone having a bad day, but Jessica was just being plain RUDE!"
"This is the first time that I’m disappointed at a subway location. Not only was my order wrong, but there was a hair in the middle of the lettuce. I can certainly tolerate one ingredient missing, but not to have an incorrect meal."
