"I walked in there, wasn't greeted. I asked a worker on the floor a question, he never spoke to me, just shook his head to answer me. I thought maybe he couldn't speak but then he answered his co worker perfectly well a few moments later. At that point, I said I'm not going to continue to shop here. As I'm walking out, another worker greets a man and his child walking through the door and no one still acknowledged my presence. It's 2022, Shoe Carnival do better!"

"Love the shoes and the prices in general but when I came to buy in the store they wouldn’t accept the online coupon and told I can order online and pick in store, so I suggest I’ll buy it online in front of them and pick it up cos it was the last pair in my size, store manager said no problem but it will take a few hours till I can come to pick the shoes ?!!! Why make things complicated when I’m already there. Didn’t like the attitude and the fact she didn’t care to send me around and waist hours of my day by driving back."

"I was incredibly disappointed in the customer service at this store today. The cashier overcharged me and when I was inquiring about the charge he blew me off. After the transaction was complete I went back to double check the shoe price. I went back up front, told him he charged me wrong, and his reply was "bring me the sign." I did so, to which he responded "You're right, but I'll have to rerun the whole transaction if you're that worried about $4." I was not that worried about $4, but I would expect better customer service than what I was given."
