"Way above and beyond. I was traveling with a few friends when our truck broke down in Wickliffe, KY. We managed to get to Pecks only to learn that the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced. After calling insurance we were told that we had to have the truck towed to the nearest dealership for warranty repair so we were not able to do business with Pecks. But even after knowing that James (owner) asked his daughter (Cera) to give us all a ride to get a rental car so we were not stranded! She did that and stayed with us until we had everything worked out. This was unbelievable courtesy and should not go without thanks! We did provide Cera with some gas and dinner money but it was not requested or required. It was just the right thing to do for people to took care of total strangers who were not even customers!
