"Amazing dentist couldn't ask for any better"

"Dr. Nelson was an incredible dentist 12 years ago when I had seen him in the past. This morning I had a dental emergency. The front desk staff was very rude regarding working in a patient in pain. Having work for a doctors office our patients are always put first. Dr. Nelson came in didnt even do an exam and told me I would have to have a root canal which is completely unnecessary after spending another small fortune to be seen and have accurate information given to me. Shellie, the receptionist insisted that I pay my bill for sitting in an exam chair. Dr. Nelson explained to me since I had not been there in 12 years that I was not his top priority. Keep in mind my excrutiating pain. I will never recommend anyone to his office nor go back except to deal with my bill that will not be unpaid. Very non professional and snobby. I will make sure everyone in the tri state area understands his lack of heart witihin his job with his patients. Hope this can be read before looking for a dentist. Come to find out several other past patients felt the same and left his office! "Dr" Trent Nelson is not qualified to deal with the general public especially being in the bible belt and not having any sort of "heart" or bedside manor for his patients. I am so very thankful for Dr. Myrick fixing my problem and getting me out of pain. Thankful he is still his genuine self."
