Green River Oral Surgery

"I’m only giving this rating due to the customer service of the staff. I was running late for an appointment, called over 20 mins before the appointment to let it be known that I was going to be 15 mins late and was very rudely dealt with. I understand it’s my mistake but still and when I rescheduled, she was rude, tone was very smart and it’s almost like I’m being punished from my mother. A business should not be run that way, I’d rather an office refuse service to me, instead of being chastised for a human mistake."

"Absolutely, the best staff ever! I drive from Owensboro to see Dr. Wagoner for my Oral surgeon needs. He is absolutely the best and I love the fact that his staff is caring enough to call and check on you the same day and the day after your surgery. Thanks to each of you for the amount of care, and dedication you show daily. I highly recommend."

"I cannot say enough good things about Dr Waggoner and his staff. My husband had a terrible tooth infection and needed 2 teeth extracted. Dr Waggoner saw the urgency and was quick to take care of him. All 3 of my daughters had there wisdom teeth extracted from here as well and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Waggoner is very knowledgeable and caring and I would highly recommend them."

"Due to Covid there was a long wait for my appointment and surgery which frustrated me at first, but the care I received from Dr. Wagoner and his staff was above and beyond excellence!!! The pain and discomfort I had in my mouth was completely eliminated after my surgery. Dr. Wagoner and his staff coordinated with my pain management team regarding my post op medication, but I never had the first bit of pain after my surgery. I was told when I made my 1 week follow up appointment that if I felt alright that I didn’t have to keep the appointment. I called Dr. Wagoner’s office the day before my appointment to cancel and literally broke down in tears thanking them for helping me. I’d recommend them to anybody in need of specialized oral surgery!!!"

"I can not give a good review as my sister is dealing with this place. She’s been on their waiting list for 7 months and they have been putting it off. Today she drove 2 hours to get there for her procedure. As they were prepping her they asked if she was allergic to milk or eggs (which she has been allergic to both since she was born) she let them know her allergies from the start so they could be prepared. They WERE not prepared and they sent her home over their mistake. They called her back to reschedule telling her they can not see her till June. My sister started crying from being in so much pain and not being able to have her procedure. The lady on the phone just hung up on her. It was extremely unprofessional to not pay attention to her allergies before hand and then to hang up on her while on the phone? Rude. Find a better place for your oral care."
