"This guy has stolen my wife's money and won't refund her. We will NEVER use him again. He literally sent us a letter saying our money would be refunded and then never did refund it. My wife filed a dispute with the bank and he is saying he doesn't owe her the money. But he does and the bank has the transaction for the amount AND a copy of the letter he sent stating he would refund anyone who he owed along with the envelope postage stamp. We're going after him full speed ahead. THEIF!!!When I think of how long we went to him, how much money we paid him. My wife is going to reach out to her insurance too and let them know so if they paid anything they can get their money back too. What a bottomfeeder. He deserves ZERO stars from us...ZERO."
