"I thought I'd never leave bad feedback on this shop, but I just have to now. I had a vapor canister changed out in the wife's Buick last November, and coil packs and an ignition module this past May. Both of these repairs went bad. I asked Raymond to check with O'Reilly's to see if they'd pay his labor. He said he would but not without complaining that they often took a long time to pay. Imagine my surprise when he tried to charge me over $700.00 for redoing these, later holding his hand out for over $500.00. No worries. The district manager for O'Reilly's will take care of me, and I will no longer trade with Raymond Cobb without an apology and reimbursement. He really put me in a bind. The Bible says in 1 Cor 6:7, in part, 'suffer yourselves to be defrauded', but.... what do you do about willful omission?"
