"First of all, who are we to rate five stars one star star at all my experience with Yes with this Dentist I have no complaints. They’re very courteous attentive. Their hands are so gentle I would not change anything about them. I love who they are my experience. Every single time has been fantastic. We have to remember they see so many people sometimes we forget that these people have lives. don’t you sometimes think by us putting people down it’s not a good thing. They are doing their job as best they know how who are we to judge we’re not perfect sometimes things go right sometimes they go wrong overall if you have nothing good to say why say anything at all put yourself in their shoes every Job is different. I’m more sure people have opinions about you, but in my experience at my age I think they’re the most wonderful people that I have met and they have taken care of me and I have a recommended them to my family. I love their hands they’re very gentle and they have manners, and that’s what matters that’s my opinion"

"If it would allow me to give no stars I would. Had an appointment for a Friday and it was canceled and moved to a Saturday, which was ok no complaints. Went to the app on Saturday with some moderate pain and they were nice and scheduled for the rest of my procedures for the following week. I called because of being in extreme pain and got an appointment same day, but then I get a call that they messed up and meant to refer me out to another place to do root canals etc. why didn’t they say this at the initial appointment! Missed work for an appointment that they cant even do anything! Yes, they tried to get me scheduled at the other location but of course no appointments available! I’m in so much pain and livid! Horrible communication and no care for the absolute extreme pain their mistake puts their patients in! I called my old dentist office and they will see me asap and perform the root canals on site. Not a complainer but their mistake is causing me to continue in pain and missing work. Don’t recommend for emergencies or anything that needs root canals or crowns!"

"My 3 children have been visiting this dentist since they were Kool Smiles, I never had any problems and they had very profesional dental services. . now it's different. The staff, I don't know if they are tired of their work, but they are giving bad service bad attitude (at lee trevino).. I also began to notice that they suggested many unnecessary dental procedures. For example among others ,a root canal where there was no pain or infection, and yet they did a root canal and on the other side where if my daughter had a discomfort they also wanted to do a root canal and the radiologist didn't even know how to explain the r3ason, ibecause i told him that root canals are like the last option to save a tooth My daughter is 16 and has excellent teeth, according to her dentist, that she has in Mexico. well now I decided not to take my daughter there anymore. and look for a new dentist here in El Paso TX."
