"Work was done well until the bill came. They charged for maintenance services instead of a regular cleaning that I wanted. This caused the insurance not to cover it and left me to pay the full amount. Although it was a standard cleaning. It is ridiculous that they claimed to do a different service when only a regular cleaning was performed. Secondly, I was not informed, nor did I request something else. However, I was left with a bill with whatever they wanted. They didn't even give me proper information when I asked what the difference between a maintenance cleaning and a regular cleaning. They stated "more in depth," and they wouldn't state what is "more in depth." Terrible customer service, they would rather lose a returning customer than work them."

"I came in to have a crown done in June, that procedure went superbly. I had my biannual cleaning this morning with Rosa. Another amazingly positive experience.
