"I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his shop! Long story short, I took my C7 to Mission Chevrolet and they told me I would need a new engine and quoted me $15,000! On the diagnostic report it stated the damage was “catastrophic” and “needing engine replacement.” I am so happy I took my car to New Chapter for a second opinion. These guys were honest and found the issue within less than an hour of receiving the car. Turns out it was a broken valve spring and cost me less than $1k to fix.
