"It was one of the coldest days in Louisville 10* outside, I had an 8am appointment, I thought about canceling but I told myself let get this over with. I got there 10 minutes early wondering if the office would be open, but I was happy to see the snow was removed from the steps didn’t have to worry about slipping. I waited maybe 5 minutes and then Ashely called me back, Dr.Tewell’s assistant she made me comfortable and offered me a blanket or some water and was I completely comfortable. In a few seconds Dr.Tewell came in we talked about my planned procedure, a crown replacement and a filling. This is why I have been a patient of Dr.Shipley and Dr.Tewell they and their staff are great. It’s not fun getting a shot or the drilling but this is a great and comfortable office of dentistry I highly recommend them"
