"I went to this dentistry a couple of years ago. They told me that I had 11 cavities which sounded crazy to me but I hadn’t been to the dentist in some years, so I believed them. I scheduled another appointment to get some fillings done. At the appointment, I had a woman named Yadiana doing my fillings. She was very unprofessional. She would sing loudly in my ear and kept getting distracted trying to watch a show that I had put on the TV. It also didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. After she was finished with my filings, Dr. Harris came in the check them before sending me on my way. I couldn’t tell how my teeth felt right after the procedure because I was numb but after the numbness went away, I could feel that one of my molars that was filled was very sensitive. I couldn’t eat or drink anything without it hurting. I went back to get my fillings checked. They told me that it was a deep cavity but everything looked fine and that the sensitivity would go away on its own. I was also instructed to change my toothpaste from regular toothpaste to sensitive toothpaste and to leave some of it on my tooth at night. Long story short, the sensitivity didn’t go away. It got worse, making it to where I had to eat on the left side of my mouth. I didn’t want to go back to Sparkle and Shine after that because I was scared, so I went to another dentistry. They checked out my fillings and told me that they all needed to be redone because they were done so poorly. They even said that one of the fillings were chipped already! It hadn’t even been that long since I got them filled. So, I got all of them redone but I was still having some sensitivity so I got the bothersome tooth redone a third time. The sensitivity was a little less prominent but it was still too sensitive to bite down on crunchy foods, like cereal or chips. Even as I write this review now, years later, the tooth is a little better but I still deal with sensitivity. I can chew on both sides of my mouth if the texture is soft but if it’s crunchy, I still have to primarily use the left side of my mouth. Thankfully, I no longer have tooth pain due to finding the right sensitive toothpaste. In conclusion, I believe that Sparkle and Shine is to blame for my tooth. I don’t recommend going here and I would not trust them with your teeth."
