"All of the other one star reviews are very accurate. You have to call several times to get an answer and good luck getting a call back. Are constantly told they're waiting on parts. Weeks turn into months. If you're not calling for an update you won't get one. What normal person can go 3+ months without a vehicle? Is this normal practice? The guy may do amazing work but I don't understand it."

"These guys are life savers!!! Our trailer blew its suspension and shifted and axel. They couldn't fix it on site but Scott, the desk attendant, bent over backwards to find a towing and repair shop that can take us. I tried to tip him for his time but he refused. These guys are all about service getting your vehicles taken care of right!"

"Took my truck here for estimate on front end repairs, radiator leaking and routine service work. Took them 4 days to evaluate and give me an estimate. Steven said he ordered the parts and would take a week for parts to be delivered. Four weeks later, no contact at all with Steven. I've left multiple voice-mail messages with no return call. I called Mishimoto and gave them my radiator serial number and no replacement radiator had been ordered. Interstate Diesel is a very dishonest, deceitful and unprofessional business."
