"Everyone here is awesome! My mom Came to visit from Upstate NY and I noticed her tire were bald with the cord showing (apparently the inspection mechanic is NY is dropping the ball). There was no way I could let my mom drive back on those tires. I called Tire Discounters and the got us in right away. They were so helpful and didn’t try to push any products. They got the job done in a timely fashion. So helpful and professional!"

"While driving down to Bowling Green from NY I realized I needed to replace my rear tires. I stopped at two locations in the area prior and none of them had my tires in stock. However, Discount Tire had the tires ready and serviced them quickly because I needed to get to Bowling Green asap all while getting a great deal. Chris (the big cheese) and the rest of the staff were super professional and friendly and it was a great first impression of Kentucky (it was my first time visiting). All in all I’m super grateful for the help. Also don’t be afraid to ask them for food recommendations if you’re visiting from out of state, they know the good spots!"

"BEWARE!! If I could give this zero stars I would! This place took advantage of a vulnerable situation. They overcharged terribly for a single tire and when asked about discrepancies between the prices of their tires online and in store the customer service associate Joe was incredibly rude and made an already horrible day worse. Go to DISCOUNT TIRE instead, at least they talk to you with some basic human respect. Not to mention getting a single tire replaced took 4 hours and it wasn’t busy at all. Stay away stay away stay away."

"The manager, and employees were absolutely amazing. I was traveling for the holidays when my car started having issues. I stopped at another store and they were unsuccessful at helping. I was 3 hours from home, stressed, and hungry. They took care of my car while I ate next door. They stayed after hours to make sure my car was driveable. I was able to make the drive home safely and take my car to its original dealership where it’s currently being taken care of for recalls and such."

"Me and my family have used tire discounters for the last few years since they are so close to our house. We stopped Using tire discounters for oil changes due to their scheduling conflict but we decided to try them again. Well yesterday my wife schedule an oil change for 9:00 AM Today .We dropped the car off last night so they have everything they need to start the job early or on time. It is now 11:30 PM a.m. the car has not been pulled into a bay and now I have wasted half a day of taking off work. I called At 10 o’clock to check on the status they told me it Was the next car to be pulled into the bay. We called again at 11:30 and it has not been pulled in to the bay and the person on the phone said that they were very busy. What is the purpose of a scheduled appointment? This is the reason we stopped using tire discounters for a while and will probably be the last time we use them."
