"Not satisfied at all with the LACK of customer service the day I had my appointment it was the coldest day in history like 5 degrees prior to my appointment the day before they called and I guess were trying to get everyone to cancel that day I’m sure so they wouldn’t have to come in but since it took 3 months to get the appointment then it was rescheduled cus he was sick and pushed to the last week of the year and ran out of time lost all my money I had saved up waiting around to get in to him so it was all for nothing also AMBER The payment coordinator was the overall nicest and most helpful person in the whole office. The only one that treated me with any kind of kindness. Also, the doctor was very kind to the girl that did my x-rays and the receptionist were two of the absolute most rudest human beings, I’ve ever come in contact with absolutely rude didn’t explain to me what she was doing didn’t greet me didn’t say hi thank you nothing it was quite obvious she was coming to work to do her job because it was cold and she was in a bad mood. The receptionist was also absolutely rude. I will never be back I will recommend nobody to go there and I can recommend them to take some customer service classes and figure out how it is to be a decent human being and treat somebody in their industry and if they can’t do that then they need to find another job because people that go in there don’t feel comfortable anyways and they did not make them feel comfortable. They’re not kind they’re not helpful. Just absolutely horrid experience other than Amber."
