"Recently I went to this location for an extraction of a molar. I do realize these are hard teeth to pull but after almost two hours of consistent numbing shots and ( must have been a student) using a saw to cut the tooth in half , the assistant spraying water , cold water, onto the tooth and the dentist trying to pull it at no success I sat up in the chair and said ENOUGH !!!! I could hardly drive home and had to use my finger to physically blink my eye because the whole left side of my face was dropping so much . The dentist even said to me if you have a problem with the numbing not going away to call them , I was in total shock at that comment ! I found a local dentist whom got the tooth out in less than two minutes. What level of experience are they requiring before they unleash a “Dentist” to work on a patient ? I ask this as well and was told she had much experience. My experience with this location horrified me . Now I get text at 8:15 in the morning reminding me to come back , I even called and told them I wouldn’t be back . My insurance coverd the exam but I was still charged and had to request a refund ! Thank goodness I got my money back . Sharing because I had a horrible experience there ."

"I would highly recommend Abbeville south. The staff is so welcoming, the environment is very professional. Our hygienist Mary was absolutely amazing. Explained everything to our daughter on what she was doing. Our daughter loves to come to the dentist and hygiene side. Top notch in my books!! ☺️❤️"

"Great experience. The place was exceptionally clean. The staff was professional, courteous, understanding, and respectful. The assistant, Isabel explained everything she was gonna do you prior to taking the x-rays explained. The procedure was exceptionally kind and listen extremely well .Dr. Timer was amazing at explaining everything that he was doing as well as his recommendations to correct. Any issues would highly recommend all staff. Check out was smooth just like my check in was look forward to coming back next week. I highly recommend this place the professionalism and their courtesy and their compassion are rare these days."
