"Good dentist and hygienist, very poor business practice. Appointments are at least quadruple booked. The wait time is horrendous. An appointment for a cleaning last over an hour and a half long. Children are allowed to SCREAM in the waiting room. The staff does not ask the parents to go outside and allow the child to calm down."
