"To begin, I want to state that I love the people in the office. They are very friendly and understanding. My issue is that I’ve been canceled on two times. One the day of and one the day before. Unfortunately it’s always on a Wednesday because those are the only days the hygienist is there. I know she is the only one there and I understand her workload has to be a lot, but I’ve had to use my vacation and my days off for this because I work Mondays and Wednesdays which are the days she works. They need more hygienists who can work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at least."

An employee seen me trying to schedule, asked if everything was ok, I told her I was feeling pain and needed to get an adjustment done, and she stopped what she was doing to help me on the spot. I was more than willing to be seen when ever they could schedule me, but they went above and beyond to fix my problem. It’s truly appreciated"

Called Aspen to see if they could get me in and they got me in same day. Fixed me right up better then New. 1 hr for the repair and on the road I went.
