"The most important thing I want you to know is that if you have children do not take them here. While they were measuring my teeth, 2 of the employees laughed at the numbers for one of my molars. I can't imagine the self-consciousness that would cause your son or daughter. I went in with my adult son to have our teeth cleaned and we were still waiting in dentist chairs 1 hour and 40 minutes later. At which point they presented us both with 3 page invoices for me to choose what extra procedures we wanted to do, almost all of which were not covered by insurance. I had already had x-rays and the dentist had examined my teeth and said everything looked fine. After choosing a couple of options for my son and no upsells for myself, I asked when the dental hygienists would be able to start. They said only one would be cleaning both of our teeth and she was currently busy with another patient. I asked if there was another hygienist available and they came back and said no. So at that point we would have had to stay there at least another 90 minutes if we were lucky. That left a bad taste in my mouth, and I had not even had a fluoride treatment. We left as I had to get back to work."
