"I had a great experience with them today. They were kind, compassionate and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them and definitely will be going back there for further dental care."
"I love the way they do business!!! When I had my teeth cleaned, they also saw I had a cavity. They asked me if I wanted it filled while I was there. Of course I said yes. I'm thankful I didn't have to schedule another appointment to come back for a filling. And plus I wasn't there a long time. Thank you family smiles!"
"Dr. Copeland was so incredibly nice and helpful. He explained everything so I knew what the problem & solution were... he made sure I understood the plan & reassured me that we were going to fix the problem! The ladies up front, the X-ray tech, & dental hygienists were all incredibly sweet & understanding /helpful... I would definitely recommend Family Smiles to anyone I know!"
"I don't know what has changed in the past 6 months? The staff was definitely prepared and had each member there for each of my kids!! Very time consuming, Great Job! Loved the Doctor also, very professional and sweet! Great experience all in all."
"I arrived at 10:00 am. appointment for a crown prep. I spent the next 4.5 hours in the chair getting the single tooth prepped. The numbing ran out within 30 minutes, but that didn't stop them from working on the tooth. By the end, they shoved a temporary crown into my gums, causing great pain. I spent the next 8 weeks in excruciating pain and unable to eat . Each time I call for an update, they always say nobody was there that can help. I finally got the crown installed. It hurts more now than before my initial visit. And to top it off, they tried to charge me (and my insurance) for procedures they never performed. Would I return, not a chance!"
