"Did some gnarly damage to a molar, and have been super terrified & anxious about the pain I’d endure to fix it… mostly because of an experience with a different dentist in our previous locale. To my absolute amazement, Dr. McLarty properly positioned & directed the anesthetic to which I literally felt no pain! I kept bracing myself for a sharpness or sting, but, it never happened!! Allison was on top of my needs from start to finish too - I enjoyed the natural teamwork between the two. They are naturally and genuinely caring. Can’t express my gratitude enough. Front staff is sweet and efficient too. I like that they text when I’m otherwise unable to take a call. Easily worked with my insurance and sorted out the benefits, very upfront with costs & options. "Love it here! The staff and dentists are great. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The dentists are interested in what you have to say and listen to your concerns. They spend time with you and your case. They'll give you their recommendations on what should be done and actually explain why they feel it's important, but they don't push services on you. They don't insist that, "This needs to be done RIGHT now," and force you into things you don't want to do. They will always give you estimates so you know beforehand what you'll owe. I've had 2 different crown sessions that ran long and interfered with their lunches, but they just kept going and got the work completed without complaint. It's just good old fashioned, kind service with superior work in a modern, comfortable office."
