"I been here about three time, every time was there I had a good experience, every employee is always kind and respectful, I have call the office a much of time for certain questions. Every person has very great communication and customer service. I had some dental work done that required anesthesia which is moderate sedation. I don’t remember to much during the procedure, but once every was completely. My ride was there,my prescriptions I need for pain was already sent to my Pharmacy, My instruction bag with my medication was already done, and they provide an extra ice packs plus already given The person that was taking me home instructions as well just in case I was too drowsy to remember. I don’t remember the lady name that helped me, but she helped me with my prep process, she even walked me to the car. I never had this experience at any other dentist that I’ve been to where people made sure you were safe and took very good care of you without you even have to make sure they were doing everything correctly. and even though I was knocked out during the process, I can feel with my healing process that things were done correctly. I recommend basin dentistry for anyone that’s looking for a good dentist home to know that they will do what you need them to do and just not take advantage of the insurance."

"Went to the dentist this morning at 11am had an infection on a tooth,I had no problem paying them $180.00 for the visit it took 20 min. Dentist said go get your medication by 1pm, here i am at CVS in a bunch of pain,Almont 3pm and he hasn't signed or sent the prescription,I called there 3 times and all they say he will sign it by the end of the day. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE"
