"I had a fine experience here at first. Had a cleaning last February and insurance paid it and everything. Got a bill in the mail for the same cleaning and turns out I was double billed. Have been going to the office, calling, each time they told me I would get a call back. Nothing- FOR MONTHS. Will not be going back - Terrible customer service."

"Newish patient after moving back to Louisville just over a year ago. I was previously a patient (~10 years ago), before they were purchased by (or became part of) a healthcare “system.” Good experience previously…. Unfortunately, this practice does not have the staff on hand to provide proper care for patients. I had a regular cleaning scheduled, and as life happens, couldn’t make my appointment and called to reschedule (this was about 8 days before my appointment). I was informed that the next available appointment was May 2024 - 6 months from my scheduled appointment. I was told that they only had one hygienist, and that was the best they could do. I didn’t get the impression that we’re very concerned about standard dental hygiene and cleaning. So I’m now in search of a new dentist that can provide regular dental care."
