"New patient here and experienced on first visit a well ran office with welcoming staff and high tech equipment. They were very organized and had my insurance information and benefits well at hand. "To begin, we are temporarily on medicaid so when there was a little confusion over the type of appointment I needed when I arrived, I at first I thought I would be passed off, sent away, and told to come back. I only say this, so I can point out how well they straightened it out while I was still there. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I have a ton of medical issues and I feel they genuinely cared about what I had to say and also about my concerns over what needs to be done. I have extensive issues due to existing medical conditions and have been judged harshly by other dentists over the years before we knew what was going on. I never felt an ounce of anything negative during my entire visit and trust me when I say you can tell the difference between someone who cares and someone who is just trying to be nice. The office upon arrival was inviting, soft modern music, clean, not over done with loud colors. Honestly, I think I might be able to get my autistic daughter in there! In general, I can't imagine a more pleasant experience for going to the dentist. Seriously! You should check them out."
