They kept my car for 5 days, lied about the key drop off being accessible, never negotiated a price with me before working on the car, and now I’m still having issues because it was the turbo engine and only my dealership can deal with it, according to them. Wasted $265 on their labor, new spark plugs and trying to unclog a hose, only for my car to come with more issues. I’m just disappointed."
