"Pretty sad. I paid 20 bucks to park for the night in a reserved spot, and now have absolutely no prospect of ever getting out of the parking spot. The people illegally parking have totally blocked the place in. Heaven forbid emergency personnel would need access. Does Shepherdsville even know what's going on here? No access for emergency vehicles? Seriously? Now lets go inside. No toilet paper in any of the stalls in the men's room. What a dump. A health hazard both inside and out. You may as well close it down, and bulldoze it if you're not going to staff and run it. If you're being held hostage in the morning, you may want to dial 911. Maybe they can help you. No one here seems to care."

"there is a reason Love's truck stop right across the street barely has a place to park and this truck stop has about 4 trucks total, and that reason is hot food!!! Truckers look forward to hot food. When I got there I was excited to see what kind of food they offer, and literally all the food shelves were empty. I don't care what time a day it is Loves always has hot food. Good fresh hot food. The worst part is when you walk in Racetrac it smells like some kind of good food is cooking but when I asked they said not until 5:30 a.m. it was 1a.m. So I would've had to wait that long for hot food. No thank you. Went straight over to Love's, which has whatever I wanted hot and fresh! Work on your food game Racetrac if you want your business to thrive. Not everyone is on the 9 to 5 schedule. Other than that the place is clean and the drinks are good."

"If you know before you get there you have to pay $20 to stay the night it's less bad than finding out after you arrive. 4 hours max free parking. Bathrooms are already becoming ugly despite the fact the place is practically brand new."

"This truckstop has NO HANDICAP PARKING for SEMI'S which is discrimination and illegal, they will come knock on your door if you don't pay $20, they kick drivers out of their 4hr parking. How retarded are they, what driver shuts down for only 4hrs? Which interferes with a drivers 10hr break, technically the only person legally allowed to interrupt a 10hr break is The Police or emergency services. I spent $30+ and the food was cold, dried out and while I was standing in the register line the cashier yells across the store asking the girl behind the food counter "If they can lock the doors and just go home now cause she don't want to be there?" After almost 30yrs of driving I can honestly say that this truckstop DOES NOT RESPECT TRUCK DRIVERS. I'm glad I still had 2hrs to drive."

"Since this station has opened I go there multiple times a day. Every time I enter I am greeted by friendly staff, the food bar and drink are fully stocked even at 2AM. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. One of the cleanest and nicest gas stations around. Keep up the awesome customer service and great food."
