"Went to return a pair of shoes never worn and the female manager pretended to call customer service and said my 1 month old account was "still" flagged and hat she couldnt do the return I asked her how can you say that when I never told you a name or email or phone number and she told me I had to call customer service. Well I called customer service and they had no clue what she was talking about and that my account has no reason to be flagged and turns out she made the whole thing up. Calling an attorney because this is the 2nd time she's done this"

"Was a pleasant experience. I usually don't enjoy going to shoe stores, but everyone was polite and friendly also willing to help. One person believe her name was Brittany was very helpful talked over the phone to see if they had the pair of shoes I was looking for she checked and found that they did she also made sure it was the right pair I was looking for. Then said she would put them back for me things she didn't necessarily have to do. Very appreciative. When I got there was greeted by other workers. Will make them my first stop next time."
