"I was there with my family and it was absolutely disgusting! There was trash and shoes everywhere! You literally could not walk! My sister tripped over some of the mess and fell on her face. Not to mention I had my service dog and she couldn’t get through any of the aisles because there was so much stuff! And when the aisles were finally clear the benches were in the way and me and my dog had to separate and one of us walk on either side because it was took up too much space! I disliked my time there."

"The manager is very rude. There are no signs posted about clearance being final sale. There is nothing printed on the receipt about no returns for clearance items. All we wanted to do is return or exchange a pair of shoes that did not fit and we had the receipt, box and original bag from the store. We were told it was policy that clearance items are final sale. But we were not told that at the time of purchase and it was not posted anywhere. That's perfectly fine if that is the company policy but all they need to do is post a sign somewhere so that people know that when they make their purchases. When I tried to ask the manager about this policy he instantly became hostile with me and stared at his phone the entire time that I was trying to talk to him. He did finally agree to allow us to make an exchange. So I do appreciate that. However, it should not have been so difficult and unpleasant."
