"Dear Sir: I am writing in reference to an incident that occurred on11-14-2023 at your store in the Shops of the Bluegrass, Simpsonville KY outlet mall. First and foremost, I must say that the young man that helped me with my initial experience and selections was phenomenal. Dylan I believe is his name. I purchased 4 pairs of your crocs shoes as Christmas presents. I was very satisfied at that point. When I left the store, and sat down to send some pictures to my son, to show what I purchased for his wife. The red heart that was supposed to be attached by (2) fasteners, only (1) on shoe. So I took it back to the store. When I walked in the young man, whom I found to be named Elijah. Walked away from me. I was literally the only customer in the store. Then (2) young ladies came in. Where he went to them. I had to repeat myself several times as when I told Elijah that the shoe was damaged, he kept telling me that it was the way it was made. Had both shoes had that issue then I would have have agreed. However it was only the (1). I will admit not my finest hour. I lost my temper. I was being called a lier and being effectively being being told to shut up and get out. I stayed and stated I want someone else to help me. Elijah states he's the manager on duty. And he ithe one I HAVE to deal with. The young man from the back room, came out and did the exchange. So Elijah was misinforming me, AGAIN. Wanted to either refund or exchange the shoes. He kept saying I needed to leave. I just wanted to correct a defective item. Was his issue that I was not backing down, or I am a senior person, or was it I'm a disabled person. Back to finding out Elijah's name, I made the comment I wasn't able to complete a complaint about him as he had his name tag backwards facing himself. Where he put it in my face approximately (1-2) from it. Almost as if he were going to strike me. Which it then would've become a police issue. Your staff can review any security tapes they may have. I never lifted my hands at him. I did make the comment as I was ready to leave, "I hope no one poison's you over Thanksgiving, as I am sure that someone wants to". Again not my finest hour. Thank you for your time and help inrefund or exchange the shoes. He kept saying I needed to leave. I just wanted to correct a defective item. Was his issue that I was not backing down, or I am a senior person, or was it I'm a disabled person."
"Limited stock. small store, but the wonderful people that work there are knowledgeable and make sure to meet needs with other options if they cannot offer jn person preferences."
"12/2022 - Crocs needs to do some serious management reorganization in distribution and shipping while apparently needing a serious hiring boom. If you have a massive online black Friday sale, you have to both have the inventory, the distribution, and the manpower to handle the business. Per website, buried deep and not included in order confirmation, it's 10 business days to ship from the warehouse. Ok. But 15 business days aka 21 real days later, only one automated email update, the customer service chat and phone service is locked out, and the customer portal will not allow cancelations. So, I can't message, call, or email to find out why I ordered something the second to last week in November and it's the third week of December and there is no support or answer or anyway to get reimbursed. Customers should not be receiving an order from 11/24 on 12/24...which is what is feeling like is going to happen. And this is the norm apparently based on reviews. FML trying to directly support a company."
"Do not order Crocs on-line. The website says 7-10 days to ship, BUT what they don't tell you, is that they don't "take" money from your account, the banks puts it on hold. Then Crocs takes their sweet time getting your order together, only for the bank to have released the money back to you, and if you don't notice & say an automatic payment comes out & you dont put money back in, then you don't have enough to cover the order, so it gets canceled, so you have to start the WHOLE process over & hope that all the stuff you already ordered is still available & that Crocs will get it together so you can get your order A.) before the same thing happens again, and B.) before Christmas. EDIT:: DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CROCS ONLINE!!!! 7- 10 DAYS TO SHIP IS A LIE!!! I PLACED AN ORDER 11 DAYS AGO & ITS NOT EVEN GOING TO SHIP OUT TIL NEXT WEEK SOMETIME!!! MORE LIKE 20+ DAYS TO SHIP!!!!"
"I called and had a pair of crocs put on hold and drove over 60 miles to pick them only to be told that someone has sold them. When I questioned the so called manager and challenged him he became very condescending. When approached with asking for a manger he says I am the manager and I said he had one and he said I’m not giving you that information. He then lied and said he gave me 10% off for my trouble which he did not. So it doesn’t matter if you call and have them hold something they will tell you that they will and won’t. Not very customer oriented or friendly that’s for sure then the ones I got he tossed to the side and got them in the way of the other cashiers transaction. Very very childish. I believe his name is Isaac. Or that’s what came up when he rang up my purchase. I will probably find another avenue to buy cribs instead of shopping there again."
