"Four ladies were working - I didn't even get a greeting - only one of them asked if she could help me after she'd finished her conversation with her co-workers - they had 20 minutes left before the store closed. TWO ladies gave me the wrong price on an item. I got to the register to pay and they didn't honor what they quoted me. Worst experience I've had at this store since it opened. The two ladies at Kate Spade were MUCH friendlier and helpful."

"Employee I dealt with was very rude. Asked several people ask her for help in the store and she pretty much told them to figure it out themselves. Got up to check out and she had opened the second register. The two people in front of me at the other register got to use their educator discount by showing their employee email/their teacher website on the school website because schools have not handed out badges yet for the year. When I asked to do the same she told me no and when I asked why couldn’t give me an answer. Should’ve stayed in the longer line."

Plus all the must have accessories! I was also able to pick up lots of masks in a wide variety of prints to suit my friends and family back home unable to make the trip.
