"Decided to visit the brand new store within 1st week of opening. They had great shirts on clearance rack, which I purchased 2 and they told me no exchanges or refunds. I was fine with no exchanges or refunds because they were clearance. I think of clearance sections as discontinued, making room for other items, or last year's styles. I never think a quality store sells clearance items that are defective without telling the customer they are purchasing potentially defective items. As soon as I got the shirts home, I noticed a small hole on the front. Thinking the no return or exchange did not mean due to poor defective quality, I tried to exchange for the exact same thing but was told that is the reason it was on clearance. To me this is shady business and they should tell customers there are defects/holes etc, especially since they admitted this is why they were on clearance. I would not have bought it. The other shirt was fine so obviously they all did not have holes. First week in and already lost a customer, and I will definitely spread the word."
