"What a bunch of uppity entitled sales people. Not greeted when entering the store. Was clearly looking to by shoes but not acknowledged when trying to get a size. Employee kept head down and just whistled while he was clearly not engaging a customer. I love Johnstown & Murphy brand, but find somewhere else to buy this brand!"

"Rude salesman. Asked "what is the occasion?" Refused to assist in measuring for shoes or finding an appropriate shoe to purchase. When asked for assistance I was told to take a walk. He threatened to call security falsely accusing of my calling him a name. He has serious personal issues and needs counseling to work with the public."

"This is edited from a 1 star to a 5 star review due directly to the help I received from John and Janet over at the store, they listened and solved my repeated issues with an easy 1/2 size increase.... I actually ended up spending more money to get a perfect fit. Thank you John and Janet for all of your help!"

"I like this brand for the quality. A little pricey for some, but you have to pay for good quality. The 2 stars is for their terrible customer service. Twice I have ordered shoes that did not arrive on the date promised. The manager's response? You can return them when you get them. I was in the store looking for comfortable shoes. I was interested in the Pattison and inquired about them. The associate was trying to help me, and kept suggesting other shoes. It felt like he didn't want me to buy that shoe. Eventually he gets my size and goes to the back, only to come back with 3 other pairs of shoes, but not the ones I asked about. I don't think it's that hard to get a customer the shoe that they are obviously interested in."
