"I am very happy with my car repair. My car had a few issues and they were able to narrow down what was causing them. The price was reasonable, they didn’t mind adding on an additional service that I requested, the turn around was only two days. I would return again for more work. Customer service was friendly and they communicated well."

"This would be a negative rating if I could. They kept my car for two weeks and didn’t even do anything to it. Kept trying to get money out of me for stuff he hadn’t done and it was supposed to be a warranty job. I finally got tired of the lies and go around and went to pick my car up to take some where else. Not to mention the owner (he owns all Powers transmission) yelled at me and hung up the phone because he refused to return my call and when I finally got him on the phone he said I was keeping him from working on my car. Which he wasn’t supposed to be touching because he had no authorization to from the warranty company or me. At no point, could they produce an itemized bill that reflected the “work” that had been done. when we went to pick the car up there was a bunch of paper for other vehicles there but ours had no paper work to be found. If you have a warranty definitely not a place to go. I wouldn’t trust them either way though."
