"Like the last couple of reviews about estimates, I was left in a bit of a pondering state. I have damage to my vehicle that I want to pay for out of pocket. Two other shops out of state said the repair would be around 3K, so based on reviews I went to schedule an estimate appointment at Drury. I, too, was told that the estimate process is _AFTER_ the work authorization process. This is my first interaction with them and there's essentially no trust, so I opted to bail out and seek out a more conventional, and "safer for the consumer," shop. Signing a work authorization _BEFORE_ getting a written estimate is not sane and potentially very dangerous to your pocket book. Never go with a shop that puts the cart before the horse."

"Recently, I wanted to share the quality of service. This is recent October 28- November 1st that I was trying to use Drury for a body shop to get a complete estimate and an individual quote. I want to say their service was terrible in communication and anything that I tried to get done they had the vehicle sitting for 5 days and was waiting on insurance that is ridiculous. Kelly and Tanner are the worst team that I ever dealt with especially whenever trying to retain my vehicle (Jeep Wrangler 4 door) says it's total loss they was trying to kidnap it. It is driviable!! Kelly gave an excuse while waiting for the keys that they were trying to wash the windows sitting in front nobody around it hahaha who does that? So sad of a poor quality service. This was a short version on what happened and very frustrated customer. Will no longer will be using either body shops Moss or their sister Drury. Don't GO to Them. !!! The dishonesty is poor and hopefully they will change their service in customer's"

"I would like to preface this review by saying the work that was eventually completed was good. The reason I am giving such a low rating is based solely on communication (or lack thereof). Kelly did not call to update me on my vehicle's status at any time while it was in the shop. I had to call to check in if I needed updates. Additionally, the agreed upon work was not completed the first time around. I asked for a service agreement in writing after seeing the work had not been completed correctly from our first discussion, but I never received any. Drury was highly recommended to me from a relative, and I was really disappointed in the team communication. My car was not completed in the timeframe promised and the work agreed upon during our discussion was not done. However, the final product was great - the paint job is fantastic and the work is top notch, but the way my experience was handled was not good."
