At first, I had some apprehension and concern, but the gentleman at the front desk assured me that they would look at everything thoroughly and get me taken care of. "Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. I went in for an oil change. The associate was pleasant to talk to. I was told there were 6 additional problems. Two of them, small dollar items, were legit. The other four were not. I was told all new tires needed and that the back tires I had were the incorrect size. They are not. To be fair, the front tires were at 4/32nd so need to addressed soon but no evidence found of severe damage. Told the front brake rotor was bad but I just had that serviced elsewhere 6 weeks ago. Was told I need alignment but there is no evidence of that. Perhaps that is just to go with the new tires. I have better luck with a local mechanic and an oil change chain that has a good reputation. I prefer not to return."

They identified the wrong sensor was installed at the last tire place and fixed it quickly. They also took the time to point out the near-hidden tire-reset button under the steering column (see pic)."
