"As a woman, it can be nervewracking to take your care into a mechanic shop alone. At first, I had some apprehension and concern, but the gentleman at the front desk assured me that they would look at everything thoroughly and get me taken care of. After a phone call, all of my questions/concerns were answered, and had my car back within 4 to 5 hours after drop off. "Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business. I went in for an oil change. The associate was pleasant to talk to. I was told there were 6 additional problems. Two of them, small dollar items, were legit. The other four were not. I was told all new tires needed and that the back tires I had were the incorrect size. They are not. To be fair, the front tires were at 4/32nd so need to addressed soon but no evidence found of severe damage. Told the front brake rotor was bad but I just had that serviced elsewhere 6 weeks ago. Was told I need alignment but there is no evidence of that. Perhaps that is just to go with the new tires. I have better luck with a local mechanic and an oil change chain that has a good reputation. I prefer not to return."
"Excellent diagnostics and service! I had taken my car to other places but THIS STORE got to the bottom of the issue quickly. They identified the wrong sensor was installed at the last tire place and fixed it quickly. They also took the time to point out the near-hidden tire-reset button under the steering column (see pic)."
