"I have had to go back to get things fixed. Unfortunately, my vehicle had damaged done twice in 2 month time period. The work was great the first time around just noticed scratches inside the car that were not there before. They were nice and said they would fix it but then didn't hear back from them. The second time was a month later. In which I brought up the scratches and the replacement item. They did but i never received the call. The second time it was the pain job wasn't done correctly. When resembled the car parts things weren't snapped in place correctly and I mentioned it when dropping it back off for the paint job to be fixed again. I picked it up and it still wasn't fixed. The staff is friendly but there might be some communication issues and work is done too quickly and not done correctly. I still have to return to get some parts secured with proper pieces. I hate the back and forth stuff."

"They agreed to repair the hail damage to my vehicle and said it would be completed in 8 days. It took them 5 weeks to complete the repairs. When I picked up the vehicle they broke my console. They said they would order a new one and have it replaced. Two weeks later they have not called me and give me the runaround when I contact them."
