"Oil change done, not from the area. Had to drive back to dealer with a so called defective oil filter while another shop told us the filter was cracked due to it be tighten so tight. My 2023 could have had worse damage because of who were the professionals are here that didn't do the job correctly. I take it back to dealer after heading back home (out of town) and were out an hour away. Couldnt even get offered towing services for my vehicle so I wouldnt drive it this way due to their issue, defection or cracked oil filter or not. My car would have been the one affected and us to blame regardless. Must I add when I got to dealer, service advisor got someone to work on the vehicle almost immediately and when we get the vehicle back the second time, still leaking oil, pointed it out to the advisor and he called them back a 3rd time to take the vehicle and apparently it was just the oil plate that had oil leaking from it, so I asked to clean it because it was a new vehicle for me to driving this way, so he took it and it was finally done correctly and we finally made it home after losing 4 hours of drive time back home"
