"Just bought a Kia soul from Justin, he was very professional answered all of our questions without hesitation. Would definitely recommend him for your next vehicle."
"If you are handicap and get disability don't go here. Took my father-in-law the other day to look at trucks and try and get one. Well he was looking at 2 of them and when he finally figured out which one he wanted he told the guy okay let's do the paperwork. When the guy found out that he got disability he treated him like dirt. Asked a lot of questions that was uncalled for and stuff. Then acted like he was seeing what they could when really they were just coming up with an excuse not to deal with him the way he came back talking. Then he wanted him to put a heck of a lot down and pay a heck of lot a money a month. Then come found out he was also trying to put him in the wrong truck. So all in all handicap and get disability don't go to them. If you do watch who you deal with. We have gotten 2 vehicles from there and my in-laws have gotten a few from them in the past and never experienced this kind of treatment before. Will not be going back."
"Dont trust this place. They will start a deal with you and sell a car from under you. Their word isnt worth dirt they will tell you want you want to hear then do the complete opposite.. save yourself the headache find a better reputable dealer.."
"I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Justin. When I drove off the lot I instantly noticed something wasn't right with the brakes. I called immediately and no answer. I called Justin's cell and left message. I finally spoke with Justin on Monday (I bought my car on a Thursday) Justin said that I hadn't left him a message and that he didn't have any missed calls from me. He also said that my brakes wouldn't be covered under warranty. I have screenshoots where I clearly called and him left message. I take my car to my mechanic to find out they put brakes on bad rotors in the front. I had to replace both sets of brakes and rotors for a cost of $500. Mind you I just put $4000 down. I also found out I had a valve cover gasket leak and I needed new struts. Today 3 weeks after buying my car the check engine light comes on and shows 3 codes with one being the transmission and now the car will not start. All of this before my first payment on June 6th. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!"
"I stopped in today to have a look at a used motorcycle they took on trade. If I liked it, i was prepared to buy it. I asked for a test ride and everything was fine until the owner(I assume since he didn't introduce himself) said that for insurance reasons I could only ride it in the parking lot. This is ridiculous. Nobody would by a car that you couldn't take off the lot for a test drive so why would you buy a motorcycle like that? If their story is true and for some weird reason they dont have insurance to cover motorcycles then it probably wasn't the best idea to take one on trade."
