"My husband, Chuck, and I visited Von Maur at Oxmoor Center in Louisville, KY on Valentine’s Day 2024 and were assisted by Slavica in the women’s shoe department. Slavica has such a courteous, sweet disposition and she has so much product knowledge about the shoes and accessories in her department that she knew how to meet my needs. I chose two pairs of L’Artiste Spring Step shoes and she assisted me in finding some inserts for my left shoes so they would fit more snugly. The store has tasteful displays and a wide selection of brands to choose from. Five-Star Service and products"

"I’ve been shopping here for about 20 years now and I love this store. From the staff in every department that are so friendly and helpful to the great selection of products. I’m not a wealthy person and some of the items are very upscale, but I don’t mind paying. The old saying, “you get what you pay for “, fits perfectly here. From the person playing the piano at the store to the free gift wrap all year round, to the interest free store credit card and free shipping. If there’s ever a problem with a purchase, they will go overboard to make it right. The moment you enter Von Maur, it feels like an experience rather than just a trip shopping. The store is always beautifully decorated. I shop here at least one to two times a week, and in my opinion we are lucky to have them here in Louisville, Kentucky and I hope that they stay here for many years to come."

"This something I didn't even know existed in Louisville. This store was amazing and you felt like you were having an experience from the time you entered until you left. So many items that we see in other department stores, and items I have not seen anywhere else. So check this place out ladies when you head to Louisville to shop. You will not be disappointed. Men you will equally enjoy the store as the men's section is filled with options as well. Even though I just went in to see what it was about, I really really enjoyed the live entertainment in the center of the store playing recognizable toons that drew me further into the center to enjoy.
