"Appt was at 1700. arrived at 1600, was done at 1720. Friendly staff at the check in. The lady who unload me open the trailer was friendly as well. HAVE YOUR USDOT # ready when checking in (new rule). Five stars well deserved from me."

"Once they have you staged for unloading it goes very quick. They should have a small dumpster out where the overnight staging area is. Be respectful and take your trash with you even when you clean out the trailers. There is plenty of clean grass if you have a dog with you. Break room and bathroom are always clean when I come here plus they have coffee."

"Simply amazing! I checked in around 9pm 11/30 for my 8:30am appt. The office guy was very polite. He checked me in and directed me to the overnight lot. The morning crew called at 7:24am it’s now 8:22am. Fast and friendly service. They also have clean restrooms and vending machines"

"Arrived at 0540 for a 0630 appointment. The trailer was loaded and locked at 0630. I had the paperwork and was leaving at 07w0. It was Sunday night when I arrived. Instead of changing whether the gate was locked or not, I parked at the Planet Fitness 4 miles away. It was nice and quiet, and Zaxby's was in the parking lot."
