"Over priced junk they don't even clean,i wanted to purchase an item but i realized it had missing parts, missing power cord, etc. So i asked the lady if they could take offers on items in condition like that and she said No, i couldn't believe it, they rather have junk just sitting there or throwing it away instead of making a sale and move their inventory. UPDATE: reply to GW owner: I understand that the GW sales help a lot of ppl im not arguing about that i think that's great, my issue is that the items you put up for sale are not even clean, they're dirty the same condition they were donated you just put a high sticker price on them, im not the only one with this issue there's tons of videos on line about items being to pricey at GW, in fact i went the other day to get me a pair of shoes and guess what? they were priced almost retail with a lot of dog hair and dirty, so i didn't get them, I bought a dvd writer drive new in box and guess what? it was missing software CD,manual, cables, etc. It should've been priced lower because of that, too bad i found that it had missing parts until i got home. The way you formulated your reply makes customers think they're bad ppl if they question pricing at GW, and about customers being barometers to set your prices that's a full load and you know it, can customers expect cleaner items at GW? what about better pricing on items with missing parts or broken? can you do that?"
"My brother and I went there for the first time today, and it was great. It was very neat and the staff were really kind. The only issue that I had was that most of the items were clothes, but I still found a few good things. May return in the near future."
"Arrived at store a little after 7 pm. After my husband and I shopped for an hour I had about 12 articles of clothing to try on. Store hours say they close up at 9. It was 8:20 I asked to try on clothes and was rudely told that dressing rooms close at 7 pm. Nothing posted no signs. I questioned another employee about policies or when it started. She said that they have been doing it about a month now and as far as policy it's their own. Asked for a reason to close them early and she said to clean them up and return clothes back to racks. I'm a little angry at this point and said you will still have to put all the clothes I didn't try on because I wasn't going to buy them now. As far as that goes anyone shopping after seven they will have to put those up too because there were no signs. I feel like this was just pure B S. I tried to talk to Mgr. But I was not going to wait around and waste my time any longer. Giving corporate a phone call in the morning."
"This place was different. We'll Probably stop in again if we're around the area. Books and DVD's was cheap."
"Great choices. Better designs on sizes, much easier to see and find. The one on Dixie Hwy is clean and well organized. If your looking for scrubs in small size...they look brand new, less than $5 a piece"
