"Long story short, I'm a security guard. I went in to get fitted before the other four men that were hired in with me. Tbox was informed when the other four were coming in, but regardless gave them bad attitude and rushed their fittings, not even letting them try on the required clothes. When our uniforms did come in, most of it was the wrong size, they had multiple extra things they attempted to charge us for, and the hemming was poorly done on the clothing. I appreciate their services, but I will never go back. The cashier Angel was the most helpful person at the store. Having told the short story of my experience, a three star rating is quite generous."

"Do not order from this T-Box Tactical LLC. I ordered a flashlight from them over 2 month ago. I have yet to receive the flashlight. I've emailed them several times to request a delivery update as well as a refund and never received a response. Edit: I finally received a refund after numerous unanswered emails. I still do not recommend ordering from this company."

"Since I can't leave zero stars, I'm forced to put one star. I ordered something from them more than one month ago, and have NEVER received anything from them aside from an email saying my order was placed. I've called, left voicemails (conveniently, they are ALWAYS "busy assisting customers". . . ), messaged their facebook, and NOTHING. They essentially stole $60 from me. If I were you, I would NOT do any - ANY - business with them. They're quick to take your money, but will fail to deliver."

"I don't normally leave reviews. Especially when I have not even made a purchase yet, but I spent quite a bit of time in the store today just seeing what was available and looking for some accessories. I have to say that this is by far the cleanest, most well organized firearm store and training facility I have ever seen, and being a Veteran I have seen quite a few in many states. Most importantly a staff that couldn't be friendlier even as I was greeted entering the store not just ignored like most shops you walk into. I did not even make a purchase today, but Micheal still took the time to explain a few things to me and kindly answered any question that I had regarding classes, and all the other questions that I asked. If they do not have it, they can get it for you. It would be worth the wait to order whatever you are looking for here and if its not in stock wait for it to come in. I don't think you will find customer service like this at any of the other shops around town. I have been to quite a few and I know that I haven't, and I didn't even make a purchase today. Very impressed with the staff and the store. They seem to pass the savings onto the customer versus choosing a bigger profit, also only charging a $15 transfer fee from items purchased that must be shipped to a FFL dealer. Most shops charge almost double that. I have found my new firearm and accessory store. Very pleasantly surprised after just dropping in simply because I had not been in there yet."
