"I can only speak on the service department. I first took my truck to them for a transmission leak, that took 6 months and 5 or 6 visits for them to finally fix. When I got it back the last time, I hear a ticking noise. So I take my truck to another dealer to have it checked out. They verify that the issue stems from the transmission pan replacement that was done at Marshall Chevrolet. I take my proof to Marshall and asked to speak with the GM and service manager. I was taken to the sales manager instead. While he did agree that they should resolve the problem, I refused to let them touch my truck anymore, for fear of other things going wrong after they've had it. I ask that they reimburse or just pay outright for the dealership that currently had my truck to fix. He refused and that was that."
