"Since this was my first time to Hooters and this location, you can easily pass up the turn in from the feeder road. The greeter and server was nice. The food was okay to me, a little over-rated for tastes. Alcohol is great as is, no complaints. Overall is was a 3-star for me."

"This location (Webster) has really gone downhill!!! We used to live here weekly. We switched locations (Pasadena) due to our new puppy. The Pasadena location allows pets. Whenever we were in the bay area, we would stop by this location. I can honestly say, WOW!!! It seems as if they added games to attract the crowd that has been lost, but all it looks like is a desperation attempt to avoid closing business. The punching bag is immediately upfront, so it’s difficult getting into establishment due to people hanging around cheering on whoever is killing the bag. Hostesses and waitresses are scarce and can’t be found or just don’t take the time to help. We asked for our wings to be cooked a bit longer and they were brought to us charcoaled (black)! The establishment is just a sad place to go to nowadays! Save yourself from everything wrong here and go to another location or go across the street to Twin Peaks."

"Hooters used to be the standard that other wing places attempted to meet. I have eaten at this location for well over a decade. It has been a while since I had been there so my coworker and I went for lunch today. Bad mistake. The fries had the consistency of foam and were HEAVILY oversalted. The wings were below average. The place was almost dead at lunch time on a Friday and the service was sporadic. There are so many new wing places in the area that are MILES ahead of this location. I doubt I’ll ever step foot i in this location again."

"So we arrived at 730pm. To watch the game and waitress starts off telling us that she is having a bad day and that we should wait to order our food because we are overwhelmed do we want to order now or can we wait. I don’t understand in this day and time with this competition in the food industry especially wings department and you are the pioneers of this industry can’t get your act together at this location. The manager she does not take control of this establishment and spent most the time up in the front instead of delegating the work force. It is now 942 pm and no food has arrived nor has the manager even approached to talk to the customers. This is unacceptable. @954 pm we got just a portion of our food. Look at the pictures and see they are not super swamped."

"They were short staff, but the service never dropped. The food came out really fast. All I could say to this team is excellence. Best Hooters I been to in a long time. The staff was on Sat 7-15-23 at 5:30 PM."
