"Was not impressed with the quality of the food. Toast was as a crunchy as croutons, egg sandwich was on the small size. Overall, it’s not a place I would revisit after a first visit. Always wanted to try this place, but now I know it’s not for me."

"There's a gal here (manager I s'pose ) who is always checking in on customers, very personable. Most recently I saw her helping some older folks with a service dog who had lost something under their table. The rest of the staff, for the record, always seems to be bustling. Very present and attentive. I just want to say thanks y'all, for the great food and great service, and for keeping the place as cozy as you do."

"This was my first time eating here and I'm honestly sad I haven't tried it sooner. They have many options to choose from. My food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was very homey. Good music and wooden structures everywhere gave a very nice vibe. This was an awesome experience. Rating 9.6/10"

"So first off I want to say, I’ve been to this locations plenty of times. I’ve actually never had an issue with the food, missing items, or even the customer service. In fact, the customer service was great today (8/9/23). I typically always order the chicken Caesar sandwich or the chicken pesto pasta with a cup of the potato soup (which is always great). Today I walked in to place a Togo order with my friend. We ordered two of the same thing. The server that took care of was extremely helpful and kind. We ordered the shrimp pesto pasta for the first time (and the last time). When we got home we unpacked everything and began to eat. It was maybe three or four bites in, when I noticed something on the penne, a cockroach. I immediately lost my appetite, I could not finish the food. Needless to say, I am extremely disgusted. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this establishment again. I hope this team can fix their issues for future customers, seeing as this is not the way to run a business. UPDATE I emailed them (8/10/23) and no reply. Really disappointed this is the way they have decided to run business."
