"These women know nothing about shoes!!! I purposely bought a pair of shoe without trying them on,never took out of the box hell I didn't even open the box to see if they were even the rite shoes. Took em back the very next day for an exchange and three of the knowledge lacking employees proceeded to pass the shoes around discussing how they had been worn and how I had attempted to clean them . They wouldn't take them back lmao! I took em to the outer loop store and returned them no problem."

If you are white and try to shop in this location the staff will act so offended and get a major attitude with you the entire time your in their store.
